El autobús llegó al destino incluso antes de lo programado, el conductor fue amable y había calefacción a una temperatura agradable....

Too long for nothing

The bus was clean and we left on time....The journey took too long for nothing. We cross the croatian border 3 times which i think it was necesary. The reason of that is because it was supposed to stop in a croatian city after we left Dubrovnik and crossed two times the border but from a reason i ignore the driver did not even enter to the city. On top of that after we crossed the border we stopped for around 20 mins in a kind of hotel, where the driver was waited for someone. After almost two hours of croosing border and we arrived to the first planned stop in Bonia. This could have been done 35 to 45 mins after leaving Dubrovnik and crossing for one time the border. The bus company must study this route because is very annoying and a waste of time most of all if the driver did not do the planned stop. This trip could easily takes 2h max and it took me 3h30 which is a lot.

Comfy bus, good aircon, decent wi-fi (til we crossed border)...Wi-fi only worked for the Croatia part of the journey. Stopped working when we crossed the border. €1 to put bag in the hold. Thought 1 bag would be included as standard. It was a backpack that would've for in the overhead, but still had to go get change to pay!
