I am shocked by the driver's behaviour. The driver did not speak English, was aggressive, communicated in a raised voice, wanted to throw me off the bus. The driver did not want to check the ticket before putting the luggage in. While putting a large suitcase in the luggage compartment (without any help) the ticket app closed and locked. The driver started shouting at me and did not want to wait for the app to open. When I asked him for help he even attacked me. The whole situation lasted a few minutes. The fact that the driver arrived late does not justify such behaviour. I ask the carrier: how can you send a driver who does not speak English to an international airport.

Seats were quite comfortable and I managed a sleep for most of the journey.
The journey was quite long and not much to look at.

It was basically a quiet comfortable journey. Not much scenery apart from fields so I slept most of the journey.
Length of journey. I thought it would be shorter.

The bus was in both directions on time. The frequency of the buses made it possible that we could leave the airport fast towards our destination.

Utile migliorare le indicazioni in aeroporto

Very convenient and comfortable , helpful driver, direct service.
Was difficult to actually find the bus stop as there were no signs within the station. Would have been helpful to have had a sign in the main part of the station indicating where to go to get to the Flibco coach stop.

Siamo partiti da Gent con destinazione Charleroi Airport. L'autobus, in buone condizioni, è stato puntuale. La fermata è semplicissima da trovare e il viaggio agevole. Sicuramente comodo, da consigliare..
