Firstly the bus driver needs to be fired asap . He was super rude to everyone in the bus and had constant road rage fits with other drivers. Constantly shouting in the bus and to other drivers . There is even one guy who he was urging with in the bus and he hit him in the shoulder. So rude. It was shocking. The worst part is he was smoking in the bus. Can you believe that crap that in this day and age drivers are smoking inside a bus full of passengers, giving us second hand health issues!! Also what was so ridiculous is he wasn’t checking our bus tickets. He drove until the Albanian border then started checking them in the bus and arguing with people. So weird!! Then someone asked to use the bathroom as there was no break after two hours and then he started shouting. On top of that the bus was super uncomfortable, chairs permanently bent backwards and it was making the loudest squeaking noises THE ENTIRE 6 hours, Kotor to Tirana. It was ridiculous! Get your bus fixed but more importantly, get competent staff who treat customers with respect. Another weird thing is when I got there they told me to pay another extra €2 with no explanation and then getting to the bus, another €2 for luggage with the rudders driver ever! This company is just ridiculous! Never again!! Absolutely terrible driver!!
