| Very helpful customer support. Wrote to them about my inability to print ticket. They promptly responded that driver would allow ticket reference on my phone. Decent wifi throughout the journey. |

“Driver smoking while driving”

| Driver was smoking in the bus and i was seated right behind him with a 4 years old. No communication skills for the driver as I tried to ask him not to smoke Picked up people without a ticket although the bus was fully booked so he had to look for those without a ticket and offer the seats to the people with tickets No wifi as stated when booking tickets |

| The comfortable sitting, the movie films, the weather on the bus, the safety drive, the polite of the driver. |
| The bus was late in Budapest, so I try to call the service number, what happened: no answer, no information about late. I think about, I need to take a taxi from Budapest to Wienna, to catch my plane in Scwechat. That would be great to get SMS, about: everything o.k., about 40 minits late, we are on the way. You need to wait! |

| The driver was very helpful and I arrived at my destination eventually. |
| I booked a bus through get by bus with arda tur and it didn't exist. I waited for 3,5h in haskovo in the early morning. Then I got let on a different much less comfortable bus than the one I booked. I then had to change bus aswell. |
