      Travelled from Florence to Milano (Lampugnano): the bus arrived 50mins late, not because of any external factors (traffic, weather, etc.) but because the bus driver decided to make a stop on some random gas station. Mind you, this happened after travelling for only an hour. The stop was supposed to last 10mins, but the driver didn't appear for another 20mins, so at the end it was almost 30mins where the passengers didn't know what was happening. Very irresponsible.

      My wife and I had tickets from this company (Flixbus) 1 month before our travel in Italy. When the time comes the bus comes and checks our tickets and leave us in the bus station. Excuse is we had bought tickets too early! They left us in a dangerous place (arguably) and some junkhead walked on to us. I worried very much about my wife. We have to buy all tickets before travelling abroad beacuse we have to show them to the embassy. I won't ever again use this companies busses and wont suggest anyone to buy.

      I AM DISGUSTED!!! I was charged THREE times (a total of 150€!!!) for ONE shuttle after trying to correct the wrong date and the company REFUSES to return any money saying (a direct quote from Alessandro at Appennino): “Having made the tickets incorrectly, the amount was withheld as a penalty.” Not only that but the driver yelled at me and my family, called a friend on speaker phone (who spoke some English) and he accused us of COMMITTING FRAUD!!! When we tried to explain he told me to ‘shut up’ several times & that he was GOING TO CALL THE POLICE!!! It was so disturbing! It really upset my daughter as she’s never experienced someone yelling like that. PLEASE don’t use this company - there are MANY great companies out there but this is NOT one of them.

      Assolutamente amareggiata, è stato negato salire a bordo mio padre ( non giovane) con il test fatto il giorno prima con il risultato negativo in quanto autista ha detto che supera validità di 24 ore quanto sulla pagina del Regiojet c'è scritto validità 48 ore con il test negativo,sul portale dell'ambasciata aggiornato il 8.11.2021 x viaggiare tra Rep.Ceca e Italia basta test valido 48 ore perché la validità di 24 ore vale per entrare nei musei etc......quindi di notte nessuno risponde,autista non ha caricato.....mio padre ha passato la notte nella città fuori a freddo con la valigia,aspettando prima coincidenza di mattina successiva da poter tornare a casa....amareggiato,stressato, infreddolito avendo fatto ,pagato per il test come richiesto....... assolutamente senza parole,senza nessuno che risponde ai reklami etc......trovo assolutamente disumano un comportamento così

      Il mio biglietto regolarmente acquistato on line, non si è mai aperto, la pagina dava errore e nonostante le innumerevoli richieste di risoluzione del problema, il servizio clienti non mi ha inviato il biglietto giusto. Conclusione hanno preso i soldi ma io non ho potuto viaggiare. Ovviamente questa recensione non riguarda gli autisti poiché non ho viaggiato.

      Nada. Muy mala atención al cliente
      No me devolvieron el dinero por cancelación de vuelo por coronavirus, a pesar de que ese viaje no se realizaría dado que Italia estaba cerrado por causa de covid. Una vergüenza de empresa

      The driving itself was fine
      This bus does not have a policy for labeling your luggage before the ride, so there is no way of checking that they are handing out the correct bag. As a result, someone stole my bag at the second to last stop on my way from Florence to Milan. As if this wasn’t horrible enough, the response after this incident has been awful. I have attempted to call many times, each time I’ve been hung up on or told that I will receive a call back which has never happened. There has been no remorse or accountability by the company, when I was left alone in Milan with nothing and a loss of over $5,000 in items. My laptop, gopro, clothes, credit cards, everything was in this bag and the company doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or be responsive to any of this. I will never let a friend travel on Marino Bus and I will be using every platform to make sure everyone knows what this company has done. Save your money, there are plenty of other bus companies you can use throughout Europe.

      Nunca apareció el bus y no había ni oficina ni nada donde poder preguntar, estuve más de 2 horas esperando y nadie sabía nada, son unos timadores
