      I want to share my terrible experience from itabus so as not that people do not suffer from similar bad experience. I bought a ticket from Italy to Rome on 31 May 2024. I choose the 7:15pm bus ticket from trainline app because it was cheap and suitable to my trip schedule. I went the bus terminal, but the bus didn't come on time. I realised the bus was delayed by about 1 hour by help of another Itabus driver. I waited for another 1hour but the bus didn't appear. I only realised the bus was delayed again for more than 1 hour. The bus was delayed more than 2 hours in total. I decided to take another train to go back before 12 am for safety reason. Of course, I read the notification that the ticket I bought was not refundable. I understood the ticket is not refundable when customers want to cancell or change the bus by their reason. It was not by my cause for not riding their bus. Next day I ask for refund of the ticket and sent complaint by internet. But they replied to me they cannot do refund by some regulation. I think the rule should be reasonable and fair. ITAbus was not reasonable at all. They did not meet their time table and delayed more than 2 hours, but instead they said they did not do anything wrong. I didn't want to argue for refund with this unreasonable and unfair company. However, I want to share my experience with many other people. I wish they do not be a victim like me.
      The bus was not serviced on time and delayed for more than 2hours. But no refund.

      I reserved (at an additional cost) seat 1D on the 07:45 bus from Nice Airport to Genoa on January 14th. When I tried to take my seat the driver told me to go to a different seat. He was totally dismissive and disinterested. There was a second driver on the bus and he wanted this second driver to sit there so they could chat. The second driver had just finished his shift and was travelling onward to Genoa. The treated me like a two year old child. The were so dismissive and couldn't care less. When I wrote to you I recied a stock answer apologising that another passanger took my seat (it wasn't another passanger) and I got a £5 voucher code. I don't want a voucher, I want a proper apology and a phone call acknowledging what happened. And to make it worse, this is the second time it happened. Same journey, same humiliation. The Italian driver was the main culprit. The one that just finished his shift. He should not be let near a customer.

      Più che un viaggio di “piacere” è stato di puro TERRORE poiché il conducente ed il referente ha erogato a bordo un servizio pessimo chiamasi Camorristico per l’atteggiamento aggressivo ,lesivo e minatorio inveendo contro un gruppo di tre ragazzi che desideravano gentilezza e disponibilità ed anche un briciolo di “comfort “ . Se dovessi consigliare la codesta compagnia ? Preferirei tace e sceglierne un altra anche con un prezzo nettamente superiore ! Pessimo la pulizia , comunicazione e il servizio offerto poiché sprovvisti di denaro per effettuare saldo autostradale e carburante . Hanno arrecato un disagio terrorizzante! Cordiali Saluti M.M

      Abbiamo viaggiato il 23 luglio ol pullman delle 15:30 da Sulmona. Che dire, abbiamo viaggiato con una puzza nauseabonda che proveniva dal bagno. Assolutamente non tollerabile

      I want to sign my maxim in front of your clients. I'm going in one by topics, because there were several factors that made me arrive here and warn me to quote other people not to fall into a terrible trip. 1- Bus arrives almost 2 hours late, employees are rude and don't understand and don't make an effort to understand English, Spanish or Portuguese, only Bulgarian. 2- As soon as you enter, you are in front of an oven and a chaos of disorganization, garbage and bad smells. 3- The bus without Wi-Fi, although it takes place in the seats, only has a power plug in the middle of the car, linked to an extension, that is, leave your cell phone there and hope it is not there. 4- Bathroom doesn't work and all the corners and holes of the car, serve to agglomerate the garbage of the millions of trips he has already made. 5- When making the essential stops, thank you for the bus, everyone is safe to get out and you soon come across an ibua all beaten up on the side and bumpers patched with tapes, an unsafe view of a 24h. 6- Crucial point and EXTREMELY REVOLTANT AND IN A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING, my wife and I came along the trip with some news from my trip with some names on the leg and arms, so we didn't suspect anything, until we saw the people next door scratching themselves too . take a flashlight and look at those fabrics that have never been washed, around a huge family of BEDBUGS clustered in every corner of the fabric, all those who collected blood they collected from their lives. To make matters worse, our lap bags with plague joints and full of passengers' blood. A SHAME, A CRIME OF HEALTH AND SHAME. I took pictures of everything, the body, the animals in the bag.
