Sockets available, free WiFi, and an on board toilet facility all make a huge difference on a longer journey. The atmosphere on the bus was nicer than on other buses I've taken, the driver took a moment at the start of our trip to welcome us on board and tell us about the trip ahead, which I had never experienced on another bus and really made a difference...
