Bus driver was nice.
I was with my girlfriend December 24th in Rouen, going to take the 16:55 bus to Paris. But apparently, due to oversold seats, there wasn´t enough seats for everyone. The driver told us to wait for the Flixbus bus at 6pm. When we went to that bus, there weren´t also available seats, and as the driver told us there were no more buses, we didn´t know what to do, as we had air tickets to return to Spain the next day. Luckily, at last minute, 2 people didn´t show up to the bus, so we had their seats. We were planning to arrive to Paris 6:30 pm, and we end up arriving 20:30 to Bercy, missing a reservation for christmas dinner we had. So, after the the 1 1/2 hour wait outside in the cold, all the stress of not knowing if we were going to be able to return to Paris, and finally the cancellation of our Christmas dinner, they didnt even give us an apology. My advice: avoid this company if you can.

“Bus was 3 hrs late, missed the last shuttle, ended up arriving at 2pm instead of 9 am, screwed up our tour bookings. No compensation or help offered. Driver only spoke french, making things a little difficult with trying to communicate wth was going on.”

- organisation (have a seat assigned, driver explanations) - don't need to be there 1hour before (yes Eurolines does that) - Customer Service is great - large space for legs (I'm tall and love that)
- sometimes the buses are a bit old, that's too bad. Replace with the modern ones!

As I've read, seemingly I'm not alone who've had problems with Ouibus. First off, the bus driver couldn't speak a single word other than French whilst at least half of the passengers were foreign, and thus had no clue what was going on or what stop would be next. Secondly, and most importantly, we stopped next to the freeway for 30 minutes and when the arrival time was almost due, i asked the driver if the destination (Paris) was close and if we were going to make it. He basically showed me his watch and just sort of pointed and hinted to the fact that we were going to be 45minutes late. Eventually, this turned out to be more than one hour(!) late. Which made me late for my next connection, costing me 70 euros in tickets, also forcing me to wait in a open bus station for 4 hours at night. I understand that buses have delays due to traffic jams or construction, though none of that was the case during my travel. I am also concerned with the lack of understanding I received from the bus driver. I don't know if he was working alone or merely misunderstood my request, but I felt he acted very unprofessionally.

By far, the WORST experience I ever had with a bus company. The actual bus is ok, internet not working of course, but you pretty much get the same bus with every company out there. The problem with them is the non-existent customer service. I forgot my jacket on the bus in July 2018, in an empty bus and realised it literally 5 minutes after I got off the bus. So the jacket was still there if only they could offer what other company's do; a phone number to call! Of course, there is no phone number and there is no email. Only a form you can complete online, a form that none will read and only give you the impression that "we are working on it". I complete it, I completed another one a week later and of course, none ever replied! I even twitted them but I again they said "complete the form". I completed a complaints form, that is only out there to make you feel better because, guess what, none ever gets back to you! This company is a joke, more expensive than others and definitely a very bad experience. Do not book with them!
