now , i’m very upset to say anything positive about flixbus . the worst service , worst staff . My friend and I bought a ticket from Vukovar to Zagreb. It is a noteworthy fact that we live very close to the station. When we left the house, a bus passed us. We did not think that it was our bus because we left the house 10-15 minutes earlier. When we arrived at the station at 06:42, locals told that the bus had already left when it was supposed to leave at the time shown in the tickets at 06:45. We had bought tickets online, but no one could tell us where the bus was, they only said that it left early and we could take a taxi to another station, in which we had to pay 20 euros extra. When we arrived in the city of Vinkovci, the bus was still not standing, I ran and ran to catch up. When I expressed my protest, the driver would lock the doors and endanger my health,he said that is not his problem (he would keep me in the door). Finally put our luggage. An agent protects his company, we identify criminals. I demand that they refund me at least my overpaid 20 euro. This is not a service, this is not a comfort, this is terrible, which is not suitable for Europe!!
