      The driver was excellent professional and just great give me needed information for my further travel.Even though was very cold outside inside was nice and warm and yes driver took care for elderly passenger on border with his documents.

      Vozač zaista odličan, sedišta udobna, dosta prostora, uspeo da spavam.
      Ima delova u autobusu koji zveče i prave buku kada je put loš. To stediti malo.

      Everything went well, untill..
      The bus broke down in the middle of nowhere, thus we had to wait for 3 hours for another one passing by. The driver did everything he could. He called a mechanic from the nearest city. There was a little hope for him, but the mechanic did not live up to his promise, since he did not have the original part from the bus.

      I had BOARDING PASS included in the ticket. Yet, to enter the bus station had to pay 300 RS! Why?

      It was ok, we arrive on tim and took 2 stops to stretch and relax

      the bus was late 30 minutes. he then decided not to stop anywhere so we spent 7,5 hours without any ability to refresh. While he stopped at all stations at the station he decided not to enter station in Banja Luka thus forcing us to go out at the pouring rain. Avoid.
