I was the only person getting off at my destination and was told to get off 1 km from the bus stop to save the driver time I guess

No signage to indicate where bus is in Shkoder

The driver dropped us at wrong place instead of the Shkoder city centre/terminal. It ruined the day of our visiting Shkoder first time, We are asking for the fare refund.

It was a small van, no AC, really hot inside, van was old, no seat belt, no manners from the driver or anyone working for that company, 14€ I total for the ticket, what a joke, I wouldn't pay more than 3€ for that kind of service, I will never use it again and I recommend to not ride with them

The first driver was very competent, on steep mountain roads. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver did not smoke nor play loud music.
I had booked with an e ticket but was forced to have it printed out to get onto the bus platform. I had to send an email to the ticket office and they printed it out for two euros, plus another one euro tax. Second time I've been forced to print so called e tickets. Due to a fatal accident we were 90 minutes late, didn't stop the bus driver from going shopping for groceries for ten minutes. At Shkoder we were thrown out at a roundabout, he didn't even bother going to the bus station.

The driver stoped at gas station without a reason

My first ride with candy from Tirana to Shkodër was amazing. Sprinter van that was very comfortable and pickup/drop off as promised.
Because my original ride was comfortable and convenient, I booked with them again for by trip back to Tirana. The “bus” ended up being a small car where I was squished in the middle back seat, not the van I was expecting! Everyone was nice and it was an interesting and authentic experience but I wouldn’t have booked this and paid €15 for this very uncomfortable ride. We also weren’t dropped off or picked up where promised. I think there wasn’t enough people for the van so they did this instead, which is totally understandable, just very expensive and unexpected based on my previous experience.
