The bus was so clean and comfortable.

I don't like people talking loudly for 30 minutes or more on their phones. There should be a policy (we have this in the US) that you can only use your phone for 1 minute calls and only for emergencies.

We came to the bus stop at 6.15 for the 6.35 bus and waited till 7.20 and then took the train. Customer service phone line was not answering. We'll be be requesting a refund. Ended up late for a meeting in Matera.

It is difficult to exactly locate a bus stop of Miccolis in Bari. However, there were some constructional works, and part of the road was closed.

I mixed the date of my trip when booked the ticket. For my pleasure, the manager of Miccoils easily and quickly replyed for my request and changed the ticket. The bus picked up us in time. The driver was polite and experienced. The bus was comfortable for trip.

We arrived in Bari centre for half-hour late, because the bus moved via the aeroport. There was no information on this additional stop in the pdf-itinerary of the trip.
