      I paid for proper bus and they sent small pasanger van withouth WC stinking with chemicals and zero fresh air, vents were not working. I think I'm gonna puke here.

      It was a worst expereince i ever had..i booked the bus from brussels to london 3weeks ago. Bus supposed to arrive at 12noon i was there from 1130 tried calling them around 1150 they said bus is on the way. After 20min they said bus is an hour late. Around 1310 they said bus is just 2min away. 1345 someone called from sindbad and said bus is cancelled without any reason. I was standing on the road in freezing weather without knowing what to do next. Then booked a taxi to airport and wasted my 8 hours for next available flight which cost me almost six time more than normal cost. So my recommendation is never use this bus.

      It was the only bus service on offer that day that could get us to London.
      Its not worth the cheaper ticket, don't do it! The driver was smoking on the bus (both at the door entrance and while driving). There was very poor communication about what is happening; e.g. rushed to customs, but it was not clear what we were doing. In fact, much of the time the driver/s didn't appear to know what the process was either. It did not help that their English was limited. There was no indication when buying a ticket that part of the journey included a ferry ride - which we were stuck stationary waiting 4 hours for because the first ferry didn't leave until 6am - the journey seemed very poorly co-ordinated. Facilities on the coach are severely lacking: No WiFi or charging ports on the bus, and no toilet onboard for an 11 hour journey. We stopped twice. It was an overnight bus and driver/s were often speaking loudly to each other, listening loudly to videos on their phones without headphones in, or turning on the bright lights intermittently. Very poor comfort for a long haul trip. The driver was seen to be talking on phone while driving for much of the journey. Can another company please provide a competitive service - anyone could do better than this.

      Absolutely nothing.
      I booked my ticket 9:30 am , 2 days before the trip, day before they sent message to say they have rebooked me same day 11:50am ,with not even get back or ask me!! I arrived to the station to gate 20 At Victoria station, 11:40 received message say that will be delayed for 30 minutes, which should make it at 12:20 pm, at 12:20 no bus or driver appear or any one to give any update to the passengers,((which all of them confirmed that it’s there first time they use this company)) the driver appear at 1 pm and he said that the company told him 12:30 that there is trip he has to take to paris !! , 1:15 bus departed we arrived to Dover at 4pm , the driver announced that the company didn’t pay for the ferry and there is £1000 fine!!! All passengers get mad including me, driver promised he will try his best !! At 7 pm he managed to get bus into the ferry . We arrived paris 1 am at local time , overall was very very very bad trip will never ever use or suggest this company.

      Firstly, 2 different locations were listed for the pick up place for the bus. It was actually from the port (luckily we went there) and not the hotel listed on the ticket. We got picked up 30 minutes late and then got 2 minutes down the road and the bus broke down on the motorway. We sat on this motorway for almost 3 hours with no food or water. The company kept saying on the phone that they were trying to find a bus for us. Absolutely terrible. We were still sitting on the motorway at the time of supposed arrival at our destination. We had multiple phone calls with the company all telling us different things (mechanic on its way, bus on its way, can’t find a bus, trying to find a solution). At about 9:40pm a bud arrived and picked us up and this driver was lovely he got us through border control and then non stop to London. This issue should’ve been sorted much easier, we are going to be requesting a refund and more because this is not acceptable. Please don’t use this service, worst ever. We sat on a motorway without food and water for almost 6 hours.

      Absolutely nothing to like.
      DO NOT BOOK. UNRELIABLE & UNTRUSTWORTHY. Got stranded in Amsterdam due to Eurostar strikes. Paid £130 for a coach home. Coach due to depart at 9.30pm and arrive in London at 8am. Bus turned up at 1am and got to our destination at 1pm. Absolutely disgraceful. We were left standing waiting wondering whether we were going home that night. No form of communication or contact from BlaBlaBus. No apology. Bus stated it had power outlets, which it did not. In fact bus was not even a BlaBlaBus. Driver drove the whole 12 hour trip alone, which is also illegal. No toilet on bus. No food. No drinks. I complained over a week ago and have been promised a refund as there policy states a full refund over 2 hours late, yet now they seem to have disappeared and are ignoring my emails with no sign of refund! Disgusting company and I will never be using ever again.

      My initial depature time was 23:59 from Paris Bercy. After waiting for more than 1 hour after the proposed depature time, we finally received an email from Blabla Bus that the new depature time would be on the following day at 08:30. Because of this I had to PAY for a taxi to get back (no more public transport) to hotel for another night in addition to loss of time and money due to the abrupt change of schedule by BlablaBus. I wrote to ask for refund because according to their website I was entitled to one if the bus was delayed over 120 minutes according to their website (https://support.blablacar.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014600059-What-to-do-if-your-bus-is-not-there), but I was rejected because I had already "arrived at the destination", but rest assured because they "forwarded my message to the rest of the team." and my "feedback will help improve the quality of our services". No other compensation. They are basically short of saying "Piss off" at this point. Absolutely horrible behaviour by the customer service. Next time save yourself a trouble and book Flixbus instead.

      My busy supposed to leave Lille at 11pm. I received an email from Unibus at 11:08pm which says the bus is running late for 3 hours. I asked customer service cancellation and compensation otherwise their response was only 50% of refund. At the end of this story, the bus showed up with 3.5 hours delay and just passed an address supposed to be a bus stop for Unibus at full speed. Luckily, the bus had to stop at a traffic light, then I could catch it up. I could imagine that the bus could just go away and I would be left after hours of waiting in winter night time. That was the most horrible experience I ever had in my travel experience and I would never use Unibus again. I consider to obtain legal advice for this case. (According to ‘Passenger Rights under Regulation (EU) No. 181/2011’)

      The bus was late for 2 hours, we suppose to arrive paris at 10am next day but it turns out to be 6 hrs late. This is because we were late so we have to wait for 5 hours for getting on the ferry. Called CS, the person is very rude, totally unbelievable. Bus is dirty, with stains on table and rubbish in seat pocket. No charger and I booked the trip at 4 people together but we are totally seperate into different seats. Seat 6,9,26 and 32. I am forced to squeeze next to a chubby lady. Asked the driver if I could seat in the front as there is a vacant seat there but he rejected me very rudely. It has been a tortour ride for such a long travelling time. Though the fare is cheap but there is really no service we can say. Shame on union ivkoni!

      Bus driver waited at one stop for 15min when passengers were going to run "3min" late. However later on the bus driver left to early at a 45min break, clearly did not count if all passengers were on board and left a passenger behind in the middle of the ride.
      Bus was according to email from the company going to be 6 hours late. Without giving any updates of further delays the bus was actually 8,5 hours delayed. Blablacar bus only provided passengers with a 10 Euro voucher for food and drinks, now - 3 months later - I still have not received that money back. Bus driver left to early on a 45min break at a service station in Belgium and without counting if everybody is back on board... I got left behind; the bus did not come back for me (not long before that the driver was willing to wait extra 15min for passengers that were running late...). Blablacar bus told me to wait where I was and promised they would take care of it and apologized for the inconvenience. They reassured me another bus will come to pick me up and informed me throughout my waiting time at the service station that my luggage had been taken care of and has been brought to a "secure place". To cut this short, I was waiting at this service station the whole day, the promised bus(ses) never arrived, the support team at some point in the afternoon just stopped communicating with me and I had to hitchhike all the way back to the UK. When I went to the "secure place" to pick up my luggage it was a garage that was clearly not secure (!) as only parts of my hand luggage were still there (even though blablacar bus had called me to confirm all my luggage had arrived at this place). When I walked in there I could have taken literally any item of luggage and nobody would have cared or stopped me from it. Until today despite many complaints and trying to get in contact with them again and again they did not do anything about it and of course no compensation whatsoever. Most unprofessional bus company I have ever been traveling with (and I do travel by bus a lot)!!!

      Communication was so poor.. was an hour early for my bus at 9:20 and it got to 10:20 and hadn’t shown up. Then at 10:40 another bus came and said the 9:20 had departed and we were all late. Very belittling and as a female travelling solo for the first time, really scary. The driver let me on eventually but made me pay for a whole new ticket and everyone else on that bus simply missed our. The help line said out of service and we had no emails about a delay or anything. Just so disappointing as it’s my first experience with travelling long distance by bus and I felt unsafe and scared. Reading other reviews makes me realise I won’t even get a refund for the money either.

      We made it to Paris, albeit nearly 12 hours after leaving London
      Four of us traveled from London to Paris in late July. The bus was not very clean, two of the tray tables were broken, there was a lack of charging ports, the second driver secured the air conditioning/blowers which made it stuffy and uncomfortable, and the first driver locked the bathroom once we arrived at Dover, where we waited for two hours prior to boarding the ferry. Certainly not worth the $835 we paid for the trip.

      Bus was late, driver dozes away a couple of times on our way to Dover, the other driver at Vic station told us we need a COVID pp for France, give it a try if not let through another blabla bus will bring me back to London but no bus to go back so hot stuck in Dover in the middle of the night Worst company ever
