The fact that there was a bus from Lokva Rogoźnica, the driver was nice.
The bus was late in each way without any notice, the one to Split was late by 20 minutes and from Split, it was late by 1 hour and 20 minutes (was supposed to leave at 16:55, and left at 18:20). The driver from a neighbouring Promet Makarska bus, was not even trying to be helpful and nobody was able to help us and even tell us where the other bus was. The customer service was horrible from the Promet and the Sales women in Split. We were all left helpless and hot. It was the biggest delay I’ve experienced anywhere and I was shocked that the other driver did not even try to contact the other bus to see if it was even coming and when. I understand the delay but the last of help and information made the experience even worse.
