That we actually arrived at our destination.
Where do I begin...we departed 1.5 hours late. And arrived 2 hours after our expected arrival time. The bus was full of rubbish everywhere. There were no toilet stops, people ran off and on at different times when the bus stopped at border control for a bathroom visit but a head count was never done. We sat in the seat behind the rear door and the heat coming up from either the road and/or the engine was unbearably hot. The air con was blasting through broken holes overhead. We wondered why everyone was stuffing their curtains in those holes, we soon found out why. It was the most horrendous bus trip I have ever undertaken. We dreaded the return trip five days later but so relieved when the time came to find out we were on a Flixbus...what a completely different story!

Dovoljan razmak izmedju sedista.
Autobus je kasnio tri sata iako nije bilo guzve na granici, pa je tako pit trajao 12 sati i za tih dvanest sati imali smo jednu pauzu! klima vecinom vremena nij dbro radila.

it was a bus that drove me to where i needed to be
the gentlemen who was checking tickets was a complete a**hole. He worked for Croatia Bus. He charged me for all 4 of my luggage - which is fine i guess, and when we went to pay him, he needed exact change and he didnt have it. we went to grab change and then I asked him to see what he has - he doesnt answer my question and tries to grab my money from my hands has his response, and I pulled the money away as I was shocked he just tried to grab it from me without permission. he then gets offended that I didnt give him the money and that he will kick me off the bus if I "dont trust him with my money". The bus ended up breaking down and we had to get on another bus - thank God he did not come with us. The 20 minutes we were on that bus he kept looking back at me and speaking to passengers in croatian. This guy is extremely unprofessional and does not know anything about customer service. I have told my friends who are replicating the same trip as me to NOT buy a ticket with this company.

Bus was too cold at the front and too hot at the back. Bus driver was an asshole. Bus was 1.5 hours late arriving each way. terrible service

Bus came over 2 hrs late to bus station, and the drivers were angry. If asked is this the right bus, you got just yelling for an answer. Two of a three border controls were fine, custom workers came to bus and check everyone's passports. Until the last one.. They collected our passports and kept we waiting for an hour before we got those back. Shitty situation to sit in a bus waiting IF I'm getting my ID back and no one told how long we have to wait! Then after a while bus stopped and they announced people to Mostar have to change a bus. No one told that beforehand. There were no toilet in a bus, and travel took 4,5 hrs instead of 3,5.

I think it is a little bit expensive, according to the trip. We expend almost 4 hour, when the web site said that travel is 2h 20m. The main problem is to cross the border. One of the driver smoked and talked by phone when he drove.

The bus was 30 minutes late then took 4 hours to reach Kotor from Dubrovnik. They sold too many tickets so people had to stand. There was no communication from the driver. They charge extra for the luggage. Poor system in place at the boarder and again with no communication from driver. Grumpy driver who did not want to answer any questions.

Fahrer war extrem unfreundlich,konnte (oder wollte) kein Englisch. Wir wurden "abgezockt" beim Preis für das Gepäck. Fühlten uns unsicher während der Fahrt. Fahrer hat keine WC-Pausen gemacht obwohl wir 3 Stunden an der Grenze im Stau standen. Er hat den Bus mit laufendem Motor verlassen, wir mussten drinnen bleiben. Es war als ob dieser Fahrer das erste mal über die Grenze hinaus fuhr, manchmal hatte man das Gefühl er wusste den Weg nicht.

The bus was very comfortable and the airconditioning worked very well. The actual drive was all good. Also it seemed like most of the delay was due to the border control and traffic jams in Montenegro, so it's all good as long as you give yourself a few extra hours for this journey (like we had).
We were kind of expecting it to be delayed and chaotic, and that's what it was, so we weren't really surprised. At Dubrovnik station, there were no information signs to tell you which bus to take, we were just told to wait for a bus at Platform 3, where there were a lot of others waiting too. The bus was like 20 minutes late, but the same company's other buses kept coming to that platform, so every time there was a huge chaos as people were trying to find out whether this was the right bus or not. During the drive we got stuck in border control for like an hour and also there were a lot of traffic jams, especially on the Montenegro side. In the end, we arrived in Kotor almost exactly 2 hours behind schedule. Maybe when you book, they should just estimate the drive time longer, because most of the delay was just traffic and it wasn't even rush hour, so I can't see how they'd ever do that trip in the 2 hours that was the original estimated driving time.

The view was amazing
The bus driver charges us extra money for our handbags, this wasn't said in the bill. The tidiness of the bus was fictional. The bus stop was awfull, no sign to know wich bus you hvve yo take or wich leaving. Everything horrible.
