Le bus ne correspondait pas du tout à la description ! J’avais réservé un bus VIP avec TV dans le dossier de chaque siège, des snacks et un repas. Finalement, je me suis retrouvé dans un bus classique, avec une climatisation excessivement froide des toilettes très sale et aucune assistance à bord pour expliquer le fonctionnement du repas lors de l’arrêt de 20 minutes. Ceci m’a conduit à acheter directement des produits alors qu’un repas était prévu. C’est seulement au retour dans le bus pour repartir qu’un passager m’a expliqué qu’avec mon ticket, j’aurais pu bénéficier d’un panier repas, mais la compagnie ne m’a rien expliqué, me demandant juste de me dépêcher alors que je devais gérer le repas pour six personnes(3 enfants ,une personnes âgées,mon épouse et moi même) sinon nous sommes quand même arrivés à l'heure prévu, mais pour mes prochains voyage je ne passerai plus par cette compagnie car je considère avoir été tromper .rien de vip excepté le prix

I specifically purchased the VIP with the wifi connection on the bus to do all the work I needed to do. After I arrived at the station, I was informed that there is no wifi in the bus and I can go buy myself an SD card for my phone if I want. They couldn't care less. Only one person from the staff spoke some English and she didn't go on the bus with us. The driver and driver's assistant didn't know a single word in English. They didn't even understand "I'm cold" when I was asking them to put the AC up, as I was freezing in the bus for two hours straight. I had to show them with my whole body that I'm shaking, otherwise they couldn't understand anything. Plus the ignorance. When they don't understand you, they just turn around and pretend they don't hear you. We departed at 18, the interiors were unorganized and dirty, not to mention the disgusting toilet. At 1 am, when everyone was sleeping, we were woken up with the light and yelling, to eat at the bar they have a percentage from.
They told us to eat and didn't inform us, but we could have a free ticket for a meal. I found out and took the meal ticket. The food offered was below expectations. It was just visually repelling and didn't smell nice. After I found a good-looking food, I was told it's "not for customers". Apparently, it was food that only drivers could eat! It looks like drivers are better people in this circumstances, and customers are some worthless cattle. They gave us 20 minutes for everything, so everywhere was waiting in front of the bus, while a driver and his assistant actually stayed at the bar for another 20 minutes. So the break was 40 minutes, but none of us could use this time because we were afraid they would just depart without taking us on board. Cherry on the top, a rude, harsh wake up at 6 am by yelling at us.
