Vozaci su bili simpaticni, bus je bio cist i uredan, bilo je dovoljno pauza za wc. |
Korona kao da ne postoji, nitko nema maske, bus je prepun. Kasnili smo u Munchen 6 sati, na slovenskoj granici smo stajali 2 sata izvan busa na hladnoci tako da toplo se obucite. Bus je jako neudoban, ima jako malo prostora za noge a mjesta za ruksake i jakne iznad sjedista su preuska za ruksak prosjecne velicine. |

Vozaci su predivni, strpljiv, profesionalno voze i prijatni su. Autobus je cist, lijepo mirise i internet i struja su odlicni. |
Jedina stvar na kojoj zamjeram Croatia busu/Touringu i njihovom menadzmentu je cinjenica da dozvoljavaju putovanje putnicima koji imaju mnoge sinptome Covida19. Jako mnogo ljudi je kihalo i kasljalo cijelom voznjom. Znam da ne mozete znati ko vam kupuje kartu, ali mozete prilikom prodaje karata dati na znanje da ce svi sa simptomima biti odstranjeni u toku voznje, kada vozac ili ostali putnici primjete takve putnike. Sjedio sam 80cm od takvog putnika i nije bas bilo prijatno. Sve u svemu, godinama putujem s vama, super ste, putovati cu i dalje..ali eto samo zelim da vam ukazem na taj propust. There were more buses going from Bosnia and Croatia to Austria and Germany. So in Zagreb we waited for another bus from which more people transferred to a double bus I was in. All the seats were full and there wasn’t enough place for all the luggage in the bus. Delay was at least one hour and the bus was overcrowded, most people didn’t wear a mask and the driver also had a mask that was clearly overused. I came to Graz two hours later then expected and that wouldn’t happen if the drivers didn’t transfer all the people in one bus. |

Autobus je kasnio preko sat vremena. Vozač se nije ni ispričao zbog kašnjenja. Ne poštuju se mjere protiv Covid-19. Jako loša usluga i definitivno više neću koristiti ovaj prijevoz. |

It really baffles me as to how this many people were allowed on the bus given the current worsening coronavirus situation. The bus was so full no seat was left empty while many countries are introducing more and more strict measures. |

Bus je kasnio u München 1 sat, a u Zagreb je došao s 3 sata zakašnjenja (na granici se dugo čeka, ali onda se i vozni red može prilagoditi sukladno tome). U busu je bilo jako puno ljudi bez maske, ljudi koji su kašljali bez da stave ruku na usta (??) i slično te se ponašali najblaže rečeno neprimjereno. Ja razumijem da kompanija ne može birati kome će prodati karte, ali onda se moraju pobrinuti da u busu postoji razmak kako je i propisano zakonom. Dakle, ako bus ima 70 mjesta, prima 35 putnika, a ne punih 70. Također, računajte na cijenu prtljage od 4 eura. |

“Coach from Split to Dubrovnik”

The driver and coach attendant were courteous and friendly. We were happy with the drivers skills and given the unknowns of the border crossing into Bosnia we arrived close to the scheduled time. I really liked the way the seat bases fell off the coach seats and fell to the floor when a passenger exited and that my wifes arm rest wouldn't stay in the upright position! Otherwise no complaints. |
Our coach ride occured a few days after Croatia had re-established stricter lockdown laws with restaurants, cafés and places of social gathering either having to close or having their numbers greatly reduced. These measures were introduced for the protection of the population as a whole. We were greatly disappointed to find absolutely no social distancing measures being put in place on this coach for the entirety of the journey! Passengers were boarding and sitting next to non-family passengers when adjacent pairs of seats were available and there was zero enforcement of wearing of masks while travelling (a legal requirement). After we had our tickets checked we gestured to the attendant that the two passengers immediately in front of us were not wearing masks. After being asked to wear them the passengers removed them the moment the attendant moved away. No further monitoring was done by the attendant. There was no hand gel provided on entry to the coach. Very disappointing. |
