| On time departure, early arrival in Kotor, two breaks to stretch the legs, good driver, the bus was comfortable and not very big thus more agile and less wobbly on the road. The passport control lasted 20-30 mins. |

| Gebucht für die Strecke von Tirana nach Podgorica. Der kleine Bus war überpünktlich und bequem - für uns, die wie in Tirana eingestiegen sind. Unkompliziert und preiswert. |
| Ab dem 2. Halt war der Bus überbucht. Später zusteigende Passagiere mussten stehen. |

| Autobus trop petit. Au deuxième arrêt il n’avait plus de place pour faire monter tous les passagers. Même avec un minibus supplémentaire le bus demeurait surchargé . |

| The bus was modern mini bus. The driver was good he seemed to know what he was doing. The stops were ok, you had enough time to go to the toilet. The boarder crossing was pretty standard for commercial bus travel, no issues. We were lucky in that we got on at the first stop and managed to get two seats together. We were also lucky we had enough cash LEK to purchase a ride for our bags. |
| You need to have an extra 300 LEK for each bag you want to stow. This is not explained in the ticket purchasing process or in the PDFs sent afterwards. As we were leaving Albania, it was just lucky we had 600 LEK left for the two bags. There were too many tickets sold for the number of seats. After the first stop several people were standing in a cramped isle. This made the bus hot and smell of armpit. I think that a number of people who had tickets were not allowed the board the bus because it was completely full. Further the company had used this day to transport a number of plants using the bus, so a number of seats were taken up by the plants. At the stops we had to watch our seats to ensure that we would have them upon returning from the toilet. |

| For a smaller bus, it was a good ride. The driver was a safe driver and I felt comfortable and relaxed. The bus was clean with no trash on the floor, etc... I can recommend this bus company. |
| The seats either did not recline or they were broken and did not stay up. There was very little leg room and being a tall person, my knees hit the seat in front of me. The air vents didn't work very well and the direction of the air flow could not be adjusted. They need to do some repairs. |

| We booked e-tickets online but when we got to the station they did not allow us to go on the bus. They send us to a hotel to print the tickets and pay extra fee 2eur per person. We almost miss the bus. The information you provided on the web is not correct. E-ticket does not exist! |
