I liked being able to buy the tickets from my phone and not have to print the tickets out. It asks you to print the ticket out but on my phone was fine. It was nice that there was wifi on the bus, even though I didn't use it. It was comfortable and the driving was good - I felt safe in the bus. I would use them again.

The bus is good.
The emergency telephone number doesn't work. There are no instructions on where to get the bus. All the drivers from the company are very rude and won't help you. The tracking doesn't work. There was no bathroom. They do not text you or call you or email you as they say they will when there is a delay. There was a couple that paid extra for the baby seat and there was none. Worst traveling experience of my life.

The bus arrived early which gave one the opportunity to stow away ones luggage and get comfortable long before departure.
Perhaps its more related to the fact that I am a non-French speaking individual, but I found it difficult to work out which bus stop we had arrived at whenever the bus did stop. Perhaps it may be useful to display the bus stop in written form.
