Just the view of the road
The bus had stops in all cities, which was much longer than expected. it took about 5 hours and a half . The drivers had very bad manners and harrassed us. Was a very disgusting experience. The toilet was not working and had to wait 4hrs for the stop to go to the WC. The only good things were the landscapes.

When I bought the ticket, arrival time was supposed to be 14.10. We arrived at 15.15, and what is surprising is that there were no exceptional circumstances (traffic jams etc), the arrival time was just fake.

had some issue when paying online and after a couple of emails, all was sorte. The staff were very prompt and answered my question to my full satisfaction.
The bus was 30mn late and we had no information. Ony when I called Get By Bus I had confirmation that we didn't miss the bus. The WIFI password wasn't shared. There seemed to be more passengers than seats and at some point some, including an elderly passenger had to stand as the bus was going.

Nada bueno a destacar. Bus muy viejo, trayecto muy largo, llego mas de 2 horas tarde, sin aire acondicionado, asientos super incomodos etc.
Recomiendo que busquen cualquier otra alternativa para ir de Split a Dubroknik que no sea en esta compañía de autobús. Tenga en cuenta que el bus tardo en hacer 228km más de 6 horas, los asientos era muy incomodos, el bus muy viejo.

The seats were comfortable and the bus was a cool temperature in comparison with the outside temperature.
Although there was apparently Wi-Fi there was no way of finding out the password. There were some passengers having to sit on the floor as other rude passengers seemed to think they were entitled to a seat for their bags and the drivers didn’t seem interested in telling them that they couldn’t. The trip from Makarska to Split was like a local bus service and took over 90 minutes. Then after we left the drivers decided that they didn’t need to stop for a toilet break until 4.5 hours into the journey which isn’t ideal when it’s really hot and you’re having to drink a lot.

The air con.
The driver was rude from start to end. On stopping at a station I asked could I go to the toilet and was told yes only to come out to find the coach attempting to drive off without me despite my friend asking twice to wait. I ran and managed to stop the driver but that is no way to treat a paying customer. The driver and other staff member on board were rude throughout journey to us and others.

Comfortable seats and polite staff. Staff were professional and attentive after crash. Replacement bus arrived quickly.
No air conditioning on bus and the journey ended up taking an hour and a half longer than predicted . The crash caused minor injuries and stress.

Karta kupljena putem interneta za Promet Makarska nema broj sjedala. Prilikom ulaska u bus putnik ne zna koje je njegovo sjelalo. Vozač i konduktera pri polasku iz Splita ne želi reči koja su sjelala rezervirana za karte kupljene putem interneta. Putnik sjeda na prvo slobodno mjesto i onda slijedi pakao i prepiranje između putnika tko ima rezervaciju i koje je čije mjesto. I onda one koji su kupili karte online seljaka ju s sjedala na sjedalo . Ispada da su oni koji su kupili i platili karte prije i na vrijeme, u lošijem položaju nego netko tko je kupio kartu na blagajni u zadnji čas. Tu najveću krivicu snosi vozač/kondukter koji bi morao pri ulasku putnika u autobus uputiti putnika na koje sjedalo može sjesti. Jako neugodna situacija da se umjesto ugodne i bezbrižne vožnje stvara tolika frustracija i nervoza putnika, djeca na rubu plača. Jako sam ogorčen na ovakvu organizaciju, te ću u buduće izbjegavati ovog prijevoznika, a ujedno ću i sugerirati ostalima da koriste nekog drugog.
