| The website was very easy to use and clear when booking. Everything ran on time with no problems and the bus was clean and comfortable. |
| I don't like that you have to print off your ticket and there is no way of using ticket electronically like on your phone. Inconvenient if you don't have access to a computer. |

| The app was easy to use and to pay for tickets. Travle with bus was easy and comfy |
| You should have a easier ticketmode. We had to make a print on the hotel to make the ticket. You should have a ticket with QRcode in the app or by email then you could use on the bus nice and easy from your mobilephone |
