The ride was successful; however, there is not a tourist bus, so please be prepared there are some difficulties because drivers are not speaking English well. There could not be enough seats, therefore passengers expect to get on in Dubrovnik can only sit on benches between the seats. No wi-fi, however, there is a docking station in the middle of the bus so you can charge your stuff. The target audience is the locals from Albania or Makedonia, they are wonderful and well-behaving people, no worries. A chance to overview the new bridge in Croatia and nightly Dubrovnik, awesome. The beauty worth seeing at. We stayed about 4.5 hours on Croatian border, and then passed to the traffic jams in Albania due to car accidents, so travelled approx 20 hours. Be prepared and do not plan any transit tickets in advance. The bus had a plate "Split-Skopje", so don't be confused and ask people about the correct destination. Drivers were making stops every 3-4 hours, but note there was the bus station in Dubrovnik closed, so plan you toilet affairs a priori.

Shitshow from the start at Budva station. Even if you have a printed ticket, you have to pay 2€ to print some other paper to enter the platform ”tax” they scream with a mad voice. They also try to make you pay again for your luggage. No information about when the bus will stop for any breaks. No AC, so on warm days expect a warm, humid ride with low air quality. Since the ride took 8h instead of 5h, it was draining. Older people could seriously pass out, you cannot open the windows and the driver smoked continouusly. Driver stops at his convinience at a bar where he knows the Owner, who pays him with food. This was the only time for a toilet, and we only got started again when driver had eaten his steaks and had some smokes. Driver asks if someone wants to go to the airport and takes money under the table for this, delaying the rest even more. Pay for a private transfer IT IS WORTH IT. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. No locals takes this bus.

The bus was modern mini bus. The driver was good he seemed to know what he was doing. The stops were ok, you had enough time to go to the toilet. The boarder crossing was pretty standard for commercial bus travel, no issues. We were lucky in that we got on at the first stop and managed to get two seats together. We were also lucky we had enough cash LEK to purchase a ride for our bags.
You need to have an extra 300 LEK for each bag you want to stow. This is not explained in the ticket purchasing process or in the PDFs sent afterwards. As we were leaving Albania, it was just lucky we had 600 LEK left for the two bags. There were too many tickets sold for the number of seats. After the first stop several people were standing in a cramped isle. This made the bus hot and smell of armpit. I think that a number of people who had tickets were not allowed the board the bus because it was completely full. Further the company had used this day to transport a number of plants using the bus, so a number of seats were taken up by the plants. At the stops we had to watch our seats to ensure that we would have them upon returning from the toilet.
