Najgorsza podróż autobusem w zyciu!
Zdezelowane autobusy. Kierowca pijacy wino w przerwie. 2.5h spóźnienia na miejsce. Przerwy 15minutowe trwajace po 40 minut co dodatkowo wydłuża podróż. Nikt nie mówi po angielsku!!!! (Sic!)

The company managed to change the bus.
The first bus have an issue, so driver decided to go to the bus park. After 20 minutes of investigation driver called passengers to change the bus. Spare bus have issues with climate system. Both the side heating and air conditioning were working. One of the passengers have to change the seat because of dripping water from conditioning system. At the end of the trip all passengers were exhausted because of heat at the bus.

Klima u autobusu nije radila, mislim da bi trebalo poraditi na tome pogotovo tijekom "vrućih" mjeseci.

Great value for money.
In the end, the trip took over 11 hours instead of 8, with just a 20-minute break. The drivers didn't apologize for the delay, nor did they explain the situation.

The position of the Bus Station was very easy to approach, both in Split and Dubrovnik.
1)There was a 45 min. delay from Split to Dubrovnik in 11/11/2019 2) For the first time I travel , I was asked to pay extra for my suitcase. 3) There was not good information service in Split Main Bus Station especially for a foreign who doesn't know that there are more companies for the same itinerary. Although I showed the paper with my ticket when I asked for information, the employee didn't explain me this detail and I risked to loose my bus

Journey was okay when we were on the move.
Waiting at Kotor bus station was really disorganised and it wasn't made clear that we had to also go to the desk and pay tax to get on the bus. You have to print out your bus ticket even though you can buy them online with a QR code. As we booked them whilst in Kotor we had to go find a shop and print the ticket, which was a hassle (can be done at Foto shop in main square of old town). Journey took about 3 hours not 1 hour 50 and the toilet was not in use, which was quite uncomfortable. The aircon also didn't work in our half of the bus so it was unbelievably hot.

When we got on the bus, there didn't seem to be enough seats for everyone with tickets so there was a lot of shouting from the driver and woman that was ticket collecting and we ended up leaving over half an hour late. Although there was a toilet on board, it was full on bin bags and couldn't be used- not great for a journey that turned out to be over 3 hours. The journey is advertised as 1 hour 50, but took over 3 hours. Information needs to be updated to be much more realistic.

Bus departed on time.
Driver didn’t make all passengers get off bus for Montenegro passport departure check. Resulting in passport problems entering Croatia as 1 passenger had no documents. Then co-driver crashed into barrier and caused damage to immigration control. The bus was delayed for over 90 minutes as Croatian Police investigated both incidents. No toilets available on border as the facilities were locked. O attempts by driver to explain issues to passengers. Night journey both going and returning. The claimed 2.5 - 3 hour journey time is a joke, the real journey time of at least 4 hours should be admitted.

It was so cold in the bus it was freezing and uncomfortable. The bus was also 2 and a half hours delayed so I barely made my next bus. They did not give us any updates as to how late the bus was going to be or an apology for such a delay. We were also charged 2 euro for 'verifying' our online ticket. If there is going to be an extra charge the website should inform the passengers. I do not see why we would have to pay extra simply for booking online.
