Skratka NEDOPUSTNO!

We were left out from the bus, even though we had paid the trip beforehand. There was no information whatsoever, when the substituting bus would come. It came 2 (!) hours later.

Nothing. Terrible experience
Bus was advertised as direct from Dubrovnik to budva but not including the border we stopped at 4 different locations. Bus is old and smelly and very cramped. Arrived in budva 3 hours late (6 hours total) !! Specifically chose the 10am bus as it was advertised as fastest route. Definitely not

Nothing
Long-haul buses in Latin America are 1,000 times better than this. First, couldn't find the departure zone for the bus at the Zagreb central bus station. Hint-- you will see the buses leaving from the 100s in front of you-- go toward the back of the station on the same level to see 200s 300s etc. and try to ask around... "Information" were very little help and the station was chaotic. Then, the bus did not have "Globtour" on it-- it said "Croatia Bus" --adding to the confusion. Then, the mad rush to get on board and find a seat. Be prepared for NO TOILET on board. There was ONE stop after 2-3 hours of a 5 hour trip for a toilet break. Seat back in front of me permanently in the fully reclined position-- no one could budge it. No communication from drive about when/how many stops- just a quick announcement before we stopped. I wish my family had taken the train instead- it would have taken one hour longer and been a little more expensive, but I am CERTAIN it would have been more comfortable and pleasant. You live, you learn. Never again.

We finally got where we wanted to go.
The bus is apparently (according to the information on the station) always late and they have no possibility to keep up with the timetables, as was also the case this time. Nobody gave any information and it was a complete chaos. After a couple of hours another bus came, with an extremely angry and violent driver. He only took some people on the bus and left with almost 20 seats empty after shouting at the remaining customers. When the real bus arrived approximately 2,5 hours late the drivers where again acting like customers are the worst plague in the world. The service on this bus company is the worst I have ever encountered, with the drivers being rude and violent. They also made customers pay overprize for the luggage by saying that the person had not paid the fee of 10 kunas, even though there were at least 10 persons confirming that the sum had been paid. If somebody refused to pay double they shouted and pushed them away. They clearly hate their work and tourists especially.

The cleaner at Dubrovnik station
Everything else. The bus was four hours late and people from two busses tried to cram on one. It was lawless. No one told us what was happening. The woman running the bus station was incredibly rude. The drivers took money for bags then asked for more, were physically aggressive with passengers and then made lewd comments of a sexual nature to my friend and I and made unnecessary stops for cigarettes breaks. The bus was cramped, hot and dirty and arrived in budge 5 hours late. Revolting service will never catch a bus in Croatia again.
