The drivers were having a long breaks in the different stops but when we came to the border they didn't allowed us and take family with children to go to the restroom, they were extremely impolite which actually is quite common for Balkan people.

They were on time, toilet stop half way was a relief, (not even sure if there was a toilet on board?)
Smaller seats than other buses I have travelled on, no English spoken (or extremely limited English) so was unable to understand what driver was saying. Felt crammed in. Had to pay an extra two euros for bag which increased the cost of travel and therefore not as competitive as other companies. No WIFI. Didn't appear to be able to use the first two rows of seats on bus, drivers had their bags on them??

Driver was grumpy and didn't give good communication even through body language. Our bus driver told us that as we were travelling to Tivat we had to get off this bus at a stop and go onto another bus however there was no note of this anywhere on our itinerary or ticket!!!! We got off the bus and luckily I can speak Croatian so i was able to clarify what was happening otherwise we would have no luck going from one bus to another. Was not happy about this at all. This should have been mentioned prior or at least on the bus ticket.

Fast and easy ride.
Been drop off at a station with no info from our driver on what to do to get to our final destination. We just had to catch a local bus to get to Budva, was free of charge.

Nothing at all.
I forget my hard drive on the bus which has all my pictures of trips. Then I keep calling the so called 7/24 customer service line of this bus company for hours and no one answers. I called a number of company operation and the man who answered didn’t care about me at all. Every time he reluctantly said he would call the driver then call me back. But after hours he still said the same. At the end, he didn’t pick my call. Such a hideous, indifferent and irresponsible company. AVOID them at all cost!!!!!

It was on time
The man who was tagging the luggage was extremely rude, throwing tantrums and treating the "tourists" disgustingly. It was very hot and no air was on in the bus.

The bus took the amount of time for the trip as it was advertised.
The bus was half an hour late to turn up in Dubrovnik, the staff complained about it being a 5pm bus (instead of the 4 pm bus that everyone was waiting for), the bus was run down, the overhead compartments opened steadily (some were broken) so your stuff had to be on your legs. However, people above 1,80 m had not enough leg space, it was warm (despite that it was a 20° day, ventilation was only partially functioning. So in comparison to the Bosnia bus company the next day, this one was clearly not as good.
