Fast and easy ride.
Been drop off at a station with no info from our driver on what to do to get to our final destination. We just had to catch a local bus to get to Budva, was free of charge.

Nothing at all.
I forget my hard drive on the bus which has all my pictures of trips. Then I keep calling the so called 7/24 customer service line of this bus company for hours and no one answers. I called a number of company operation and the man who answered didn’t care about me at all. Every time he reluctantly said he would call the driver then call me back. But after hours he still said the same. At the end, he didn’t pick my call. Such a hideous, indifferent and irresponsible company. AVOID them at all cost!!!!!

It was on time
The man who was tagging the luggage was extremely rude, throwing tantrums and treating the "tourists" disgustingly. It was very hot and no air was on in the bus.

The bus took the amount of time for the trip as it was advertised.
The bus was half an hour late to turn up in Dubrovnik, the staff complained about it being a 5pm bus (instead of the 4 pm bus that everyone was waiting for), the bus was run down, the overhead compartments opened steadily (some were broken) so your stuff had to be on your legs. However, people above 1,80 m had not enough leg space, it was warm (despite that it was a 20° day, ventilation was only partially functioning. So in comparison to the Bosnia bus company the next day, this one was clearly not as good.

Booking system work well, provided you had printed your bus ticket as instructed. The bus was comfortable and the views stunning, border control was dealt with by the driver in an efficient way
The bus was late with no explanation given, there was not too many people waiting and i joked that they weren't running the 4pm bus as there was another at 5-15 and they were combining them. At 5pm the bus arrived and at 5-15 it departed - enough said

While the bus driver was driving, he talked with the passenger (the girl at the seat just behind the driver) and even looked back to tell her something. I was so scared and uncomfatable. Fortunately, the passenger got off at the first stop. I highly recommend that a systematic education (e.g., safety and responsibility as driveres) should be needed.

Driver is a bit rude. I booked the ticket online, unfortunately the hostel's printer is down and was not able to print it. I asked the ticket counter in Dubrovnik bus station about if possible to print it the lady told they dont have printer but it is ok and show the digital copy of ticket. In the end i have bought another ticket and told the driver to wait as my bags were already loaded. The driver saw me in front of ticket counter, however, he insist he will start moving. In fact the bus arrived late by an hour. This incodent happened on October 9, 2017.
