Online check in was easy and straight forward, with the tickets printing to include a copy for onboard. Due to poor weather we decided to opt for the coach as sea trips were being cancelled. The booking for the 12:30 coach carried a discount 16.€ each approx and showed 32 seats available ....seemingly enough information. I would guess it showed 30 after our booking confirmed, other trips were showing no seats available.
Following another similar report we were advised that we had tickets but 'no reservation' and to go and pay at the office. Being first in the queue we declined and boarded the coach, with some assistance from a lady the driver deferred to. I was expecting to pay for the suitcases, 8-10Kn per case..no receipt offered or given on request. Two seats together, ashtrays full of rubbish, one air conditioning vent broken and already a wad of paper in to stop the freezing air. At one of the 3 stops 5 people boarded and had to stand for the last hour in the aisle as no seats available. As the Dubrovnik-Split Cats were cancelled for 2days, the fact coaches were busy was to be expected. There should be a clearer online process for any separate Ticket / reservation process than there is at the moment. Thanks to the previous review that gave us warning......bump!

The bus was ok and had wifi access and left on time and arrived almost on time. May be it is a good idea to clean from time to time the luggage area, as it had some dust this time. Thank you
Dear all, Working with public is not an easy job, as sometimes we meet difficult situation or difficult people for what ever reason. Most things were fine with Sarajevo - Tuzla, apart from the driver. There were 2 drivers, one older than the other. The older driver was very quiet and calm. The younger driver was rude, speaking with gestures with passengers and he also was blowing the bus horn too many times on other road users. he must have forgotten that the road is for himself alone. I am sorry I did not want to mention it, but a better training with some drivers should make journeys more comfortable and smooth.

Overall good experience but the trip was a lot longer than advertised.
Coach was clean, comfortable and spacious. Got to the destination with no issues.
Length of journey was advertised as 1.55 hours in reality it took us 3-4 hours. Border crossings can be slow. You are also charged a Euro per bag.
