“Convenient ride, but worst customer service EVER” - by Jessica 13.08.2017. 09:33

The ride was convenient, the bus was tidy and the driver was fast.
Unfortunately, the ticket inspector of the bus provided us with the poorest customer service we've ever had. We had called the ticket office in advance in order to inquire whether the bus tickets need to be printed in advance (as we did not have access to a printer and finding one showed to be extremely challenging), and we were instructed that electronic tickets are fine when it comes to the relevant bus company. However, when checking our tickets on the bus, the ticket inspector claimed that as we did not have the tickets printed, we have no tickets for the trip. As we tried to explain to him that we had called and asked about the requirement to print the tickets in advance, he wouldn't listen to us. Neither would he take the call when we called the ticket office, who wanted to speak with him regarding them matter. He merely screamed at us and told us that we "cannot read" properly... Hence, out trip did not get off to a goo start, thanks to the really bad service on the bus.

“Very sorry to miss our preebooked guide-tour in Dubrovnik” - by Matts 13.08.2017. 10:34

We liked the comfort of the bus accept for the lack of toilet.
The bus was over half an hour late. Because of that we missed our preebooked and prepayed Game of Thrones guide-tour in Dubrovnik, we should have been on for four hours. Now we had to pay for a new shorter 2 hours-tour in the middle of the day in the heat. The driver was not in a good mood, no hello, smiles or welcome. Just give me the tickets and hand me the passports, roughly waking a passenger up by shaking him and shouting at him to wake up. It took a long time at the boarders! The bus could use a functioning toilet.

The bus was more than two hours late in the evening and we didn't get any information at the busstation. We were very tired and got very hungry since we had planned to eat dinner, when we got back to Herceg Novi in the evening. When we got in the bus we had some luggage and when we were putting it away I missed that I dropped my ticket. I was looking everywhere, I thought, and the driver was nagging about to show the ticket. I asked if he could take the other passengers tickets first while I was looking it up in my phone and then come back to me, but he stood a long time unpatiently looking and repeatingly telling me to show the ticket. Finaly he went and took the other tickets and when he got back I had found the ticket under the seats in back of me. I felt sad, stressed out and very tired. I tried to get some sleep on the bus, but it was hard because the driver was driving so fast (I guess because he was so late) and it was therefore a very bumpy ride. Never this bus again!
