“Not the best coach service in Europe”

Coach had wifi.
Toilet was broken one whole trip (seven hours). We arrived an hour late. They made me put my backpack in the hold and then charged me extra money for doing so. No electricity plugs. Coach stopped for breaks a lot. Per mile, the trip was more expensive than coaches in the UK despite being in a cheaper part of Europe.

Some scenic parts along the ocean
Driver/helper got pretty upset with one woman over change from her luggage fee and another for not giving him her ticket or something. Lunch stop was quite long, ended up arriving about half an hour late.

Service was quick and easy to get
I had to bought two times the tickets since I needed them for the 7th of October. Support team didn't contact fast enough and I had to buy for second time the tickets to Belgrade. Very bad experience considering I have bought at least 10 times tickets with getbybus. A not satisfied customer, Esteban

The bus was clean and not crowded.
I was charged to “check in”, meaning just to present the ticket in the ticket office. And also i was charged for my luggage. Even if tou only bring one piece of luggage they will charge you.

Nothing at all!
It’s like a city bus really uncomfortable, seats upright position, poor airconditioning! It’s a bus for a 20/30 minutes ride, not for a 7 hours trip. Trust me!

The bus left on time and the drivers were professional and safe.
1. I wish the bus line had told us ahead of time that there would be two extra fees after we bought the original tickets. (picking the ticket up and again for putting your backpack on the bus.) 2. The two stops were a bit long (45 minutes and 1 hour). They could have been 1/2 of that.

The bus was on time and clearly visible. The passports were taken & returned in an organised fashion - better than other trips I’ve been on where names are called at random.
Three separate passport checks extended the trip by an hour. I also didn’t quite understand the staff charging separately for luggage. Worse, when I gave the staff member two euros he tried to give me back money in the Bosnian currency which I can’t understand (why not tell me you don’t have change - I had kuna too), and got immediately frustrated with me when I insisted on being given a euro, as if my issue was that I thought he was short changing me (that wasn’t it). Yes it’s only one euro/two marks, but it’s a matter of principle - many conversion places do not accept coins and it’s a hassle - and what am I going to do with two Bosnian marks if I’m never going back to Bosnia? As it turned out, he had one euro the entire time. Further, why do the tickets have to be printed in 2019? With all other bus companies I’ve travelled with, an electronic ticket is sufficient. It felt like being transported back ten or so years.
