Weeze Airport (NRN) is a small airport in the German region of the Lower Rhine, serving Kreis Kleve and the Dutch city of Nijmegen. It is also about an hour ride from the city of Dusseldorf. As it is also called, Niederrhein Airport is located in Weeze municipality and serves as a focus city for Ryanair. The airport has one passenger terminal which handles more than a million passengers annually.   • NRN to Duisburg bus (suspended during COVID-19) takes you to Duisburg main bus station in about 45 minutes, a regular one-way ticket costs around €20.


There is no train station at Weeze Airport, but it is possible to reach one of the closest train stations in Weeze or Kevelaer which are only up to 10 minutes away. From there you can continue by train to Krefeld and Dusseldorf every 30 minutes. These stations are connected to the airport by buses mentioned in the section above.
