Goteborg Landvetter Airport (GOT) is an international airport located 20 kilometers south-east of the city of Goteborg and about 40 kilometers west of Borås. It is the largest and the only international airport of three city airports and the second largest airport in Sweden, after Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN). The airport is operated by Swedavia and it serves over 6.8 million passengers annually. It is also an important freight airport.

Buses are situated outside the check-in hall and tickets can be purchased in the kiosk at the airport, in several ticket machines, online and also directly on board, but only with credit or debit cards. Another option would be taking Nettbuss bus to the city centre.

Local bus number 612 runs non-stop between the airport and Goteborg Travel Center and the bus stop is outside the check-in hall by the terminal.

Taxi

If you prefer a comfortable ride over a crowded public transport, we recommend you to take a taxi operating 24/7. You will find taxi parking outside the Arrivals Hall. The comparative price is usually calculated within a journey of 10 kilometers that takes 15 minutes and that is the price stated on taxi doors.
