Nikada više sa Vama. Sa aerodroma do Splita putovao 2,5 sata, Vaš bus već otišao. Povratnu kartu vjerojatno neću ni koristiti, jer nebih opet stigao na vrijeme na avion.

Its cheap and convenient.
The bus was late both times, Going and coming back from Tisno, coming back was late so much that i honestly thought that it will not come. Good thing i contacted the company via Facebook and got support. It was just 2 hours late..

My ticket was fom Split to Tisno but since I needed to go from Trogir (Stop after Split) to Murter (Stop before Tisno), The bus conductor allowed me to hop on after and hop on before. I was very grateful for the leniency (Since it was the same ticket with the same company). The bus was very clean and the driver and conductour were friendly even though it was 23.30 when they picked us up.

Donc Petite frayeur.

Buying tickets online was the only easy thing
Finding the right bus platform was hard. When the bus arrived, things went very chaotic and there was some discussion within the bus-crew about taking all passengers or not. This caused a delay of 20+ minutes. Me and my girlfriend were seated in front of the bus. The bus stopped multiple times in the middle of the road, to pick op people that waved at the bus(?). The driver drove very chaotic and dangerous. The following made us feel very unsafe: - Passing other traffic, where this was not allowed; - The driver was phoning while driving; - Tailgating all the time; - Almost in collision with oncoming car and - Speeding (driving 110 where 70 was allowed) Around midnight, the bus missed a stop of two passengers at Pirovac. For this reason the bus turned around and drove back for 8 kilometers. The bus finally arrived in Zadar at 00:45 in stead of 23:21. All in all this was a very hectic and unsave ride. Especially my girlfriend was anxious and affected by it.

Bus did not arrive on time. Tickets weren’t checked prior to boarding which resulted in a passanger leaving the bus midway. Luggage costs aren’t mentioned on the website.

When arriving at the bus station in Zagreb, my ticket stated to go to the Arriva office to inquire about the platform number. When I asked the customer service attendant, she was rude and dismissive, almost as if I shouldn't be there asking questions. I asked about the platform, and then asked if they had toilets on the bus. I thought this was a reasonable questions considering depending on the bus company, sometimes there are toilets and sometimes there are not. Again, her response was rude and all I got was "no". Then when I go on the bus, there was in fact a toilet. No one sat in their assigned seats which caused a bit of confusion with some passengers. Unfortunately there was some traffic, but we were an hour later than stated. I was disappointed with this ride.
