      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who purchased a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      Clean bus with helpful driver
      Bus was 30 minutes late and real-time tracking did not work on website. Drop off in Brindisi was far out of town.

      NULLA DATO CHE NON HO MAI PRESO IL BUS! 2 VOLTE SU 2.. RECORD!
      Dopo la prima esperienza del 16 gennaio 2023 in cui la navetta non è passata lasciandomi alle 4:45 del mattino nella desolazione di Taranto centrale e con un volo da prendere Bari alle 7 del mattino, decido di tentare nuovamente la sorte. Ma nemmeno ieri 13 marzo 2023 la navetta è passata ottemperando al servizio. Quindi 130€ di taxi che si sommano ai 120€ del 16 Gennaio scorso.. e attendo ancora il rimborso da parte della società scoppio!
