      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who purchased a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      Udobnost. Relativno na vrijeme došli (10 min kasnio) ali to više zbog vremena.
      U SLAVONSKOM BRODU mora se platiti WC. Svaki putnik bi trebao moći ići na WC besplatno ... ta "usluga" bi trebalo biti uključena u cijeni karte. Nije uredu !!! Na putu natrag na benzinskoj također ulaz se plaća WC ali ipak su omogućili sa starim računima (McDonalds, Drugi dućan u kompleksu) ulaz besplatan.

      Kašnjenje i neljubaznost osoblja.Bez isprike? Ostavite na internetu opasku o kašnjenju od 45 minuta(po drugi put) pa će putnik sam odlučiti hoće li kupiti kartu!!! Sigurno se vraćam za Zg sa drugim autoprijevoznikom.

      Reagiranje vozača na izuzetno loše vremenske uvjete, cilim putem je padala kiša, autobus krcat i na cesti zastoji od po 20-tak minuta. Sigurno nas je doveo do Zagreba sa samo 30-tak minuta kašnjenja
      Oprema autobusa je dosta oštećena, posebno sjedala, putnici se raspoređuju po sjedalima kako im paše. Dio putnika ima čudne manire a posebno iritiraju oni koji glasno koriste mobilne telefone za osobne razgovore.

      Vozač je bio veoma pristupačan, vožnja je bila ugodna.
      Nema pojaseva na većini sjedala ili nisu u funkciji. Sjedala nisu bila baš čista, a neka su i poderana.
