How do we collect reviews?
Every review is left by users who purchased a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

Hi,
I’m Hasan Ali Aktolun, I’ve travelled from Lisbon to Madrid a month ago. I put my bag inside the bus, but it was lost! All of my clothes and personal belongings were lost! So I was in a bad situation. This company is responsible for the loss of my bag and they haven’t helped me for a month.

The worst service that I’ve ever experienced.
We did a long trip from Jerez de la Frontera to Lisbon.
Horrible and moody driver. Very uncomfortable sits and THEY CHARGE 0,50€ FOR TOILET. If you have no coins, that’s all your problem.
Should be illegal. Charged toilets. You’re kidding.

No recomiendo el servicio, conductores maleducados, groseros, retrasos en el transporte, tenia un viaje a las 18:10 el conductor de fue regreso a la hora después y no realizó nunca el viaje y tuve que comprar otros tiquetes presente la queja y no obtuve reembolso no lo recomiendo flixbus. Si desean viajar hay otras compañías con mejor precio, conductores educados, con buses cómodos

Nothing Ho aspettato un'ora per poi scoprire, contattando uno sgarbato servizio clienti che la fermata era altrove e non nel punto indicato sul loro biglietto. Spero almeno ci sia il rimborso del biglietto vista la perdita di tempo e la rottura di palle. Sconsigliato. Che si fottano

. Bus 3401 del 1.06.23 da Santiago Compostela a Lisbona Sete Rios.
Alla fermata di Porto aeroporto l'autista mi specifica per ben due volte che la sosta durerà per 15 minuti. Uscito dall'autobus, torno dopo 4 minuti ma lui se ne era già partito con tutta la mia roba a bordo!
Non potevo crederci! L'autista si efa sempre comportato in modo rude fino a quel momento con chiunque gli avesse fatto una domanda ma, fare una cosa del genere è pazzesco!!
Ho preso un taxi ed ho raggiunto il bus alla fermata successiva dove altri
Passeggeri, accortisi che non ero a bordo, avevano chiesto all'autista di aspettarmi. Ancora più pazzesco!!
E stava per ripeterlo alla sosta di Fatima con una signora che era andata a comprare l'acqua ma, questa volta, è stato fermato.
Quedto signore non può guidare un autobus perchè non è nè gentile nè responsabile dei suoi passeggeri!

Bus driver was polite, no complaints with the driver. Bus was over 2 hrs late, the company only sends an email with a tracker and very little information. They promise a refund for more than 2 hrs delay but i still haven't heard back from them after trying to contact them.
I almost missed the bus (along with other passengers) because we had no idea where to wait in the bus station as the bus was so late! The bus station's information centers were closed. We were trying to call the company and we had no information.
The bus itself was okay, not too clean and the USB ports are only on the window side. No WiFi despite it being included on the ticket.
