      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who purchased a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      Die Ankunft und die Fahrweise der fahrer
      Fahrer haben weder Deutsch noch Englisch nur bosnisch gesprochen, Bus kam schon schmutzig an, kein Toilettenpapier und auch schmutzige Toilette, keine funktionierenden Steckdosen obwohl vorhanden, nur Heizung und kein Sauerstoff im Bus

      Bus left the stop early, customer service accused me (and 3 people in the same situation as me) of lying, saying that the bus was there on time and didn't leave early. Thankfully I called again and talked to an English speaking representative and I got the ticket for the next bus. Arrived my destination 3.5 hours late, because of which I missed my connection and now I'm stuck in a random city :) Thanks a lot, never again.

      They changed the leave time by 5 hours and will not return my money. The customer service is horrible and hung up on me several times. I was told I should have the whole day free because they are a "bus". That makes no sense and is false advertising. They refused to answer my emails, texts, chat, and calls. Buyer beware!

      We came at the sent adress there was no sign of bus stop or anything. Exact building was right by the traffic light. The bus didn’t come at all and there was no way to contact them, they don’t answer on e-mails! We had to take a taxi in the end
