Honest, helpful and well organised

I forgot my phone on the bus and they delivered it to me on the same day. They were so helpful in resolving this huge issue for me and they did it on a Sunday too. Overall the experience was good. They were very organized in dealing with the border checks and the bus was comfortable and clean.
