Almost excellent but still need improvement

The cleanness of the bus and leg space. ... I didn't like that it stopped three times to have longer break. One- two longer brake is enough. Also, on the ticket it wasn't stated the departure Peron and when I call the helpdesk to inquire about the departure Peron they could not tell me because they couldn't reach the carrier so I had to go to general bus station information desk to find out and almost missed my bus.
