Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. at the Banja Luka station you have to pay an extra fee. the service at the station is terrible. the woman - a blonde first adjusts herself, takes a break, shouts at you,... it's terrible. such patronizing and inconsiderate behavior has no place in such a place. it should be there for people. such a character does not belong in working with people at all.

Small, clean bus. The nice man spoke English when we were at the station and told us we would be there for 15minutes, every other bus person has just spoken their own language.
The non promted 30minute+ stop

The seats are narrow. If you recline the seat, the person behind you can't get their legs in.
