      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByBus and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific bus company. Reviews on GetByBus are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      Prvi problem s kojim smo se suočili bio je u Banja Luci jer putnici koji su prethodno već kupili karte, nisu imali slobodno mjesto u busu što je rezultiralo čekanjem od sigurno nekih 40tak minuta (ako ne i više), te sjedenjem putnika po stepenicama i slično. Zatim slijedi “nasumični” odabir četiri putnika na lokaciji “Složna Braća” gdje smo pravili pauzu od pola sata, i ostavljanje tih četiri putnika dodatnih sat ipo vremena da čekaju neki drugi bus koji će ih pokupiti i voziti dalje. Sve u svemu, jedno užasno iskustvo i prvi i posljednji put da odaberem Globtour za svoje putovanje!

      Die Fahrer lassen die Leute auf den Strassen aufs Klo gehen. Reden mit uns wie Tiere. Sehr Respektlos. Ich werde nie wieder mit Globtour fahren.

      My luggage is broken. The luggage guy pretended like he didnt do that. I have created the ticket by filling the customer form as they mentioned in their passanger rights. 1 month later, I received a feedback, telling me to fill the contact form... I was pissed and replied them, telling them to read the mail below (which is basically my contact form in an e-mail format). They said sorry, and asked me for the invoice of my luggage. I needed to send them the passenger rights page, highlighting the clause which indicated if I cannot prove the value of my luggage, I will have 330EUR refund. Still no feedback. I even called them but they keep telling me to wait for an unknown time... I wish I have read the reviews before. I saw too many people suffered the same.

      Prazan bus
      Grijanje tijekom cijelog puta nije radilo, a vani je bilo 0 stupnjeva!! Kaže vozač danas imamo problema sa grijanje! Također, oba vozača nisu bila narucito pristojna.

      Posebno ljubazno osoblje tj. vozači, briga za putnike, pomoć u svako vrijeme, dobra organiziranost.Svaka pohvala vasem osoblju tj. vozačima. Putovala sam i sa drugim tvrtkama ali vi ste broj 1 u svojim uslugama a posebno osobljem. Posebne pohvale vozačima koji su vozili u nedjelju 10.03 sa polaskom iz Munhena u 9 i 15. Nemam riječi hvale kojim bih iskazala pohvale. Svaka čast. Bila mi je čast putovati sa vašim vozačima
