Prvo I osnovno na stranicama nije navedeno da je prijevoznik Croatia Bus. To saznate tek nakon što je karta kupljena. Navedene stanice su netocne, vozač staje gdje mu se prohtije te uzima pauze od 25 minuta do pola sata kad god želi zapaliti cigaretu. Već do Neuma je autobus kasnio sat i pol vremena, u Dubrovnik je stigao sa dva i pol sata zakašnjenja te smo propustili let zbog svega navedenog. Molimo Vas da napokon napravite update prijevoznika, stanica i trajanja vožnje jer ovo nije prvi put da su odstupanja u odnosu na ono što piše na Vašim stranicama veća od sat i pol vremena

arrived more or less on time, safe driver,
toilets not functioning again. Have traveled several times and in each case toilets did not work, ie no lights when went in . not actually sure though if toilet was working as could not see anything.

At least the drivers waited for us at the gas station when they DID NOT PICK US FROM ZADAR BUS STATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was going from Zadar to Dubrovnik with this bus. At info desk I was told that the bus will leave from platform 1, so I waited there. The bus never showed up! When I checked again at info desk the lady told me that the bus has left from platform 1 which obviously didn't happen so she made a call and tole me that the bus left from platform 2!!!!!!!!!! So my bus has already left and 4 people (!!!!!!) were left standing there, in front of platform 1! Bus that was standing at platform 2 had a sign Zadar - Split, not Zadar - Dubrovnik like it should have been. So what happened at the end it that 4 of us took a taxi and paid 600 HRK ~ 80 EUR (our own money) to catch the bus at a gas station 30 km from Zadar where the passengers were changing buses. To clarify: there is one bus starting from Zadar and going to Split (the one that left from platform 2) but that bus also takes passengers that are going to DUBROVNIK and MEĐUGORJE which transfer to other two buses at the mentioned gas station.

only thing i liked is we were able to catch our bus just last minute
The platform number was not provided with the ticket and on calling customer care wrong platform number was provided which almost got us stuck at bus stop, we were able to catch the bus after getting in touch station helpdesk and was able to catch bus just 30 seconds before

We fortunately found the bus and eventually arrived safely at our destination. (Continued from “What didn’t you like”: 5...stopped multiple times to detour to pick up his local friends and drop them off, off of the normal route. 6. 80 % of the route is on narrow, very curvy, high altitude mountain roads overlooking sharp dropoffs over the sea, with only small, inadequate, flimsy guardrails. Our driver was on his cell phone at times while navigating this treacherous terrain. Thank God we arrived safely.
Unfortunately a lot 1. this bus company makes it very clear that PRINTED copies of the emailed ticket is required to board the bus. We ordered our tickets during our vacation rather than at home. Fortunately for us, a kind hotel receptionist agreed to print the tickets from a forwarded email. I have no doubt that the driver would not have accepted an iphone display of purchased ticket confirmation. 2. The driver demanded 2 euros per bag for luggage placed in the bys luggage hold. There was no previous notice of this. If a customer did not plan yo have Euros in Croatia, there would be a need for money exchange. 3. The bus had either no toilet or the toilet was not working. It is not clear which because the driver said no toilet was available. The toilets at the bus station require payment. 4. There is no wifi available on the bus. 5. The bus was supposed to arrive in Medjugourje at 8:15 p.m. and it arrived about 40 minutes late because the bus driver

The buses were acceptably clean. The one from Zagreb was much cleaner than the one from Sarajevo. It the same with the comfort.
The bus from Sarajevo arrived late to Zagreb. Instead of 15:45 we arrived there at 16:50. Because of this the bus to Luzern had to waited for us half an hour. The bus drivers on Sarajevo-Zagreb were nice but they don't speak english or german. On the Zagreb-Lucern none of the drivers speak english or german. They announced everything in Croatian. One of them was rude with everybody and make comments also about the late arriving of the Sarajevo bus.

Good and careful driver. Well organised for luggage.
We had to wait 25mn outside because the buss was late and global agency office refused to let us seat down and wait for the bus. We are pensioners.

They charge you a “check in” fee of two euros if you buy your ticket online, even if you’ve printed the ticket. They also call it “station fee” or whatever but it’s rubbery. They force you pay 2 euros or you can’t get into your bus. I saw they were doing this to everyone who had purchased the ticket online and had printed it. Of course you’ll have to pay another 1 euro for your luggage. What bullshit
