| The team drivers are great. Professional, courteous, very helpful with our trip continuance from Tirana. They really cared about motoring smoothly, made frequent bathroom breaks, and were right on schedule. Absolute Professionals Drivers. I know this as I am a retired OTR long haul, and short haul regional driver from the USA. For 30 years I did cross-country, city and mountain driving and OTR Teaching. These men handled the bus with skill only a well seasoned veteran driver could do. Both my wife and I were very comfortable on your bus. |

| The bus didn’t parked at the bus stop in Zagreb. It should be No. 4, but it was parked on No. 1. Luckily I asked someone before, she later found this bus was in line 1, and approached me to tell me that. Or else o might miss it. I think it’s important for the driver to park at it was arranged, showed on the ticket? |

| They did not drop me off at the bus station in Tirana, Albania. I was dropped off on the side of a road. It then took me awhile to find an ATM so that I could pay for a taxi. |

| The seats are very comfortable and reclining. There are bins for rubbish so it isn’t littering the floor. The tickets are super cheap and this is a perfectly fine way to travel if you are on a budget and you have realistic expectations. |
| This is very much a ‘local’ bus service for Macedonians travelling to and from Croatia. As such, the driver speaks Macedonian, not English. There are not toilets on the bus, and the stop offs will be pretty gross. You are not going to have your hand held to your hotel. The bus will definitely be hours late. If you are expecting five star treatment, opt for a more expensive option. If you are open minded and happy to go along for the ride if it means you save some money, this is a great option. If you can, befriend some of the Macedonian travellers waiting at your bus stop - then you have a translator if you need one. |

| Old bus, very dirty inside, broken AC - it either is very cold or very warm inside, the bus driver rides very fast and everthing about the ride was UNSAFE! |
