Jedina zamjerka je ta da autobus nije stao na niti i jednom odmoristu koji ima ducan. Bile su samo usputne stanice za iskrcaj i ukrcaj, a put je sveukupno trajao 14 sati. Na toliki put nema smisla da ne stane na barem jednom odmoristu sa ducanom. To se odnosi na put izmedu Munchena I Amsterdama. |

It didn´t show up, how could I possible like anything??? |
After more than twenty hours flying from the US to Venice, my girlfriend and I had a bus ticket to go from Venice Airport to the town of Cortina de Ampezzo. I received a message informing that the bus was cancelled and some minutes later, I received another message informing that the bus was simply delayed. I called Flixbus and their agent confirmed that it was delayed. Same thing appeared in the tracking section of Flixbus website. After a tiring couple of hours waiting, there was no sign of any arriving bus. The office did not reply to our numerous phone calls as it was not office time anymore. It was much later than the delayed arrival time that appeared on the website. Finally, an Italian customer managed to contact a local agent in Italian and informed us that the bus got finally cancelled. It was already night and still, the information on the website showed that the bus was delayed. Should I still be waiting? As we had to arrive to Cortina de Ampezo urgently, we decided to take a taxi and it was obviously very EXPENSIVE. It was the only way to get there at that time as there wasn´t any other bus available. I have sent Flixbus several emails informing and complaining about this situation and THEY NEVER REPLIED. I have spent a good amount of money on INTERNATIONAL calls to Flixbus, but NEVER GOT HELPED. It has been now one month and half since then, and STILL WAITING FOR compensation or at least, APOLOGIES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. TERRIBLE. They really deserve some sort of CONDEMNATION. |

Hade bokat resa med Flixbus som nu är del av Swebus, bussen kom aldrig och vi var tvungna att hoppa in i en privat bil med två andra resenärer som också skulle ha missat planet, ingen information till oss även om dom hade våra telefonnummer, Flixbus var inte heller kontaktbar, en absolut skandal till bussbolag. Kommer aldrig mer att använda er. Har försökt ta kontakt men utan resultat. Skulle åkt med 12.55 på söndagen den 7 juli. |

Prvi put sam putovao ovim autobusom i dozivio razocaranje.Naime,smjesten sam u zadnji dio busa jer mi je objasnjeno da tamo sjede putnici koji su kupili kartu na kolodvoru.Cim smo krenuli motor je poceo strahovito lupati,neki neobicni miris se sirio iz motora.Na stajalistu odmaramo samo 15 minuta i u Kastelima se pocinje dimit iz motora,stajemo,svi se putnici iskrcavaju .Uzimam taksi da bi stigao na katamaran ,naravno,uz dodatni trosak i stres. |
